How Soapd uses text messaging, what you'll receive, and how to opt out at any time.

1. Program description
Soapd LLC ("Soapd," "we," "us") operates a two-sided mobile marketplace for on-demand car care services (detailing, oil changes, window tinting, tire services) in Arizona. The Soapd SMS program sends transactional and service-related text messages to customers and independent service providers ("pros") who use the Soapd mobile app.

2. How you opt in
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Soapd in any of the following ways:
a. In-app sign up (primary method)
When you create a Soapd account in the iOS or Android app, you enter your mobile phone number on the account creation screen. Directly beneath the phone number field, the following disclosure is shown:
You must affirmatively tap the "Create Account" button to submit your information. No SMS messages are sent before account creation is completed.
b. Booking a service
When you book a service through the Soapd app, your existing account phone number is used for booking-related SMS. The opt-in granted at sign-up covers all booking-related transactional messages.
c. Pro onboarding
Service providers who apply to become Soapd pros enter their phone number when registering through the Soapd Pro app and agree to receive SMS related to their pro account, job assignments, and payout status. The same disclosure shown above applies.
3. Types of messages you will receive
- Booking confirmations when a customer books a service
- Pro accepted notifications when an independent service provider accepts a booking
- Arrival and ETA updates when the pro is on the way
- Service completion notifications and receipt links
- Subscription reminders for recurring service plans
- Account messages such as payment receipts, refunds, and cancellations
- Support responses if you contact us
Soapd does not send marketing or promotional SMS at this time.

5. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. A typical customer receives 2 to 6 messages per booking. Pros may receive more depending on active job volume.
6. Costs
Soapd does not charge you for SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
7. How to opt out (STOP)
You can opt out of Soapd SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message from +1 (520) 535-1861. After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent to your number.
You can also opt out by emailing support@soapd.app with the subject line "SMS opt out" and the phone number you want removed.

9. Privacy
Soapd will not share, sell, or transfer your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or consent information to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is used only to deliver the service-related messages described above.

10. Supported carriers
The Soapd SMS program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
